HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILES

In order to retrieve pricing information and download images buyers must first register to create a free account.

Low-res comps.

Low resolution comps are available as 500 pixel images, these are downloaded with a watermark. These are for use on client mock-ups only.

All IPTC metadata associated with the file including ownership and contact information together with client details are stored online for security.

High res files.

After a transaction has been completed you will be notified by e-mail when your file is ready for retrieval, usually in only a minute or two. You can then login to your account > My Downloads to retrieve your ZIP file.

Images are available in separate ZIP files and include: high res JPG Image with usage rights embedded as IPTC data, XMP Sidecar with usage rights and text file with usage rights.

Clients have 96 hours to download images. After which time you should contact a member of the Trigger Image team.
